CRA is a national, non-profit, organization , founded in 1985. Its aim is to help transmission/acquisition of enterprises. It is animated by 200 voluntaries, ex- company owners and CEO’s. It is headquartered in Paris, with 70 regional outfits.
Since the beginning, more than 10,000 entrepreneurs have mandated CRA to help selling their companies and more than 24,000 sellers or buyers have become members of the association. More than 2 out of 3 transactions end up being successful.
Today, 2,000 sellers or buyers are currently registered as member of CRA.

GEHM (Groupement d’employeurs de la Haute-Marne, a non-profit organization) is aimed to to provide companies with part-time, company-shared, employees, in the Industry and General Contracting Sectors.
